Accommodation can be booked during the registration process in the registration area, however, if you have already registered and now wish to book accommodation, you need to email the conference secretariat at this link with your booking request.

Rates are calculated and charged in Australian Dollars ($AU) and are per room, per night. $US and €Euros are rough conversions from the Australian Dollar ($AU) price - click on each amount for current conversion rates.

HOTEL POLICIES:
These are University Residence Facilities and require payment in full prior to arrival. Therefore, we require your payment in full in order to guarantee your reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to arrival and receive a full refund.
Any room nights cancelled within two weeks of arrival are non refundable.
Please email the conference secretariat at this link to request changes to previously booked room nights.

After your original booking, the payment for additional accommodations, dinners and/or tours will be charged to the credit card that we have on file for you.
If you prefer that an alternate card be charged, please submit the new card number when submitting your amended booking request.
